Last updated: August 17, 2025

Welcome to NovaBlaze Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using our services, including the AI aggregator platform (“Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

Our Service provides users with access to AI-powered tools for text, images, video, audio, and documents, aggregated in one platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
By registering and purchasing a subscription, you represent that you comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
If you act on behalf of an entity, you represent that you are duly authorized to bind that entity.

3. Account and Subscription

Access requires registration. Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until cancelled.

Free trial: 7 days. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription fee will be charged automatically.

Auto-renewal: Subscriptions renew each billing cycle (monthly or annual) unless cancelled.

4. Payments

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize NovaBlaze Ltd (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
All fees are displayed at checkout and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and prevents future charges.
No refunds are provided for already billed periods, except in cases of billing errors or as required by law.

6. Refund Policy

Payments are non-refundable once a billing period has started.
Refunds may only be granted in cases of billing errors or as required by law.
Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access upon suspected abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or violations of this AUP, law, or third-party rights.

8. Intellectual Property & AI Outputs

Inputs and outputs. You retain rights to your inputs where you own them. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, limited, revocable license to use AI outputs for lawful personal or business purposes. We do not guarantee originality, exclusivity, or freedom from third-party claims.

Third-party clearance. Outputs may inadvertently resemble existing works, brands, or persons (e.g., a logo similar to a trademark, a likeness of a real individual, or code subject to copyleft obligations). You are solely responsible for conducting rights clearance and obtaining necessary licenses or consents before publication or commercial use.

Likeness and deepfakes. Using the Service to generate content depicting real persons’ images, names, or voices requires a lawful basis and, where applicable, explicit consent. Non-consensual deepfake content is strictly prohibited.

No reliance on AI. The Service and AI outputs are informational/creative only and do not constitute professional advice. You remain solely responsible for any reliance on outputs and must use human judgment, especially for business, medical, legal, or financial purposes.

Outputs may be flawed. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, incomplete, or outdated. We strongly recommend human review before using outputs in production or public-facing materials.

Third-party models and providers. The Service aggregates third-party AI models and APIs. By using them, you also agree to their applicable terms and restrictions. In case of conflict, the stricter terms prevail.

9. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity

Excluded damages. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NovaBlaze Ltd and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility.

Liability cap. Our aggregate liability for any claims shall not exceed the total fees you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

No warranties. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

Force majeure. We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, regulatory actions, internet or hosting outages, strikes, cyberattacks, or failures of third-party providers.

Beta and experimental features. Any beta or experimental features are provided without warranties, may contain bugs, and can be changed or discontinued at any time.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless NovaBlaze Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:

Your use of the Service or reliance on AI outputs.

Your violation of these Terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

Your violation of third-party rights (intellectual property, privacy, publicity).

Your failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations.

Non-excludable liabilities. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (e.g., liability for willful misconduct, gross negligence, or personal injury where mandatory).

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Exclusive jurisdiction and venue shall lie with the courts of England and Wales.
